Port in a Storm Cocktail Recipe

One of the great mixed drinks using two base spirits, this combines Talisker 10 Years Old with cognac, but also the fortified Port for a dark, richly flavoured cocktail.

- Talisker Port Ruighe25ml
- Ruby Port25ml
- Dash of cognac1ml
2.9 units of alcohol per serving
Method

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

Pour 25ml Talisker Port Ruighe, 25ml ruby port, and a dash of cognac into the glass.

Stir the mixture with a bar spoon until well combined. Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a short glass.
