Peach Metro Cocktail Recipe

The simple addition of tonic creates a surprising burst of zesty, deliciously fruity peach with a sweet bitter combination that provides a delicious finish to this popular drink.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • Peach Schnapps
    50ml
  • Tonic Water
    125ml
  • Lime wedge
    1
0.8 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Chopping Board

Method

Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour

Using a jigger measure 50ml Peach Schnapps Liqueur and 125ml tonic into the glass.  

Garnish

With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a wedge of lime and place on top of the drink to garnish.
