John 'N' Pickle Cocktail Recipe

Why not put a twist on an Old Fashioned with the John 'n' Pickle! With hints of chutney, this cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to an after-dinner cheeseboard.
What you’ll need

- Caramelised Onion Chutney tsp splash sprinkle sprig twist dash2
- Demerara Sugar Syrup10ml
- Johnnie Walker Black50ml
- Black Walnut Bitters dash2ml
- Distilled Vinegar1.25ml
2 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Pour
In a glass, add the chutney, 50 ml Johnnie Walker Black and the Demerara Sugar Syrup.
Ice
Then add two ice cubes.
Mix
Stir until ice is half melted. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add more ice and stir until mixed.
