Jamaica Sunrise Cocktail Recipe

This cocktail is the classic Screwdriver plus grenadine, the dark red liqueur adding colour and tart sweet flavour to the orange-tinged clean purity of vodka.
What you’ll need

- 25ml
- Orange Juice100ml
- Grenadine10ml
0.9 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Ice
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 25ml vodka, 100ml orange juice and 10ml grenadine.
Mix
Stir together with a bar spoon to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 4
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
