Our version of the Brandy Alexander uses Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur for a deliciously creamy variation of a festive classic.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

2.1 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Martini glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer

Method

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Step 2

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients, and add to the shaker. Mix vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. 

Step 3

Using a cocktail shaker, strain the mixture into a martini glass. 

Garnish

Take a whole nutmeg, and using a grater, grate the side of it onto your drink.
