A fine little number from the days of Prohibition, Between the Sheets is a spirituous, citrussy martini packed with Morgan's and Orange Liqueur spice. Enjoy a taste of the 20s!

What you’ll need

Ingredients

3 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Strainer
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Chopping Board
  • 1 x Shaker

Method

Ice

Fill a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice.

Mix

Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a cocktail strainer.

Garnish

Using a sharp knife, pare a thin strip of lemon peel zest. Snap to release the flavouring oils, and then drop into the drink.
