Ingredients

50ml of Ketel One Vodka10ml Belsazar Dry Vermouth1 lemon zest

Method

IceFill a shaker with ice cubes.PourUsing a jigger, measure 50ml Vodka, into a cocktail shaker.MixShake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a martini glass.GarnishTo serve, add the lemon zest - this is what makes it a Martini with a Twist. 

If you want your Vodka Martini dirty, serve with olive brine.
