Frozen Strawberry Paloma

The paloma, a classic Mexican cocktail, features a tequila base and is usually made with grapefruit soda, lime juice and salt. Many consider it to be the unofficial national drink of Mexico. It’s most commonly made with carbonated, citrus-flavored club soda, but creative riffs using a variety of fruits and spices have grown in popularity in recent years. This frozen version uses strawberries but keeps the zing from the grapefruit and lime, and the salt helps the bright flavors pop.
