Take a spin to the South Side with this summertime sensation from the Windy City. Tanqueray London Dry Gin over muddled mint and lime, topped with ice, is the perfect libation for a hot day!

  • Lime Juice
    0.75oz
  • Simple Syrup
    0.75oz
  • Mint Leaves Makrut Lime Leaves

Equipment

  • 1 x Martini glass
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Stirrer

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Fine strain with a tea strainer into coupe or martini glass.

Step 3

Garnish with lime leaves and mint sprig.

Sip into a tropical vacation with this The White Lotus-inspired variation of the South Side, this time made with Lime and makrut lime leaves for a subtle but pleasant twist.
