Smoked Bourbon Manhattan

Bourbon
Prep time: 10 mins
Author: The Bar Team
A bottle of Blade and Bow bourbon, two glasses with drinks and cinnamon sticks, a jigger, an ashtray with almonds, matches, a bar spoon, and smoke on a reflective surface.

The Cinnamon Raisin Manhattan takes a tried and true cocktail formula and upgrades it with richness and complexity. The honey, vanilla and white pepper spice of Blade & Bow Bourbon marry beautifully with the raisin note from the sherry, all of which are complemented by a whisper of cinnamon smoke. A familiar favorite flavor combination gets new life in the glass. Cheers!
