Nothing beats a classic Paloma in the summer months. With high quality tequila, zesty lime and crisp grapefruit juice, this long drink is a great alternative to a Margarita.

  • Don Julio Blanco
    {ref}
    1.5oz
  • Fresh grapefruit juice
    1oz
  • Fresh lime juice
    0.75oz
  • Sugar syrup
    0.75oz
  • Mineral water
    0.75oz
  • lime
    1
  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Long drink glass
  • Jigger
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method

Ice

Fill your highball glass with ice.

Mix

Measuring with the jigger, add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup into the glass.

Pour

Top with the grapefruit soda.

Garnish

Using the knife, cut a wedge of pink grapefruit and place on top to garnish.
