Mistletoe Margarita

Inspired by an iconic seasonal holiday tradition, this easy-sipping margarita cocktail riff features flavors of coconut and baking spices, including clove, ginger and allspice.

  • Don Julio Tequila Blanco
    1oz
  • Spiced Simple Syrup* or Falernum Liqueur
    0.5oz
  • Lime Juice
    2oz
  • Coconut Milk
    2oz
  • Agave Syrup
    0.5oz
  • Dehydrated Lime Wheel Garnish

Method

  1. Step 1

    Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Step 2

    Shake until thoroughly chilled and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

  3. Step 3

    Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Spiced Simple Syrup Recipe


Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups Water

  • 4 Cinnamon Sticks

  • 0.25 oz. Whole Cloves

  • 0.25 oz. Ginger

  • 1.5 cups Sugar

Instructions
  1. Add water to a small pot and bring cinnamon sticks, cloves and ginger to a boil.

  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove cinnamon sticks, cloves and ginger and return the water to a boil.

  4. Stir in 1.5 cups of sugar until dissolved.

  5. Let cool. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
