This pre-Prohibition, equal-parts cocktail adds up to more than the sum of its seemingly eccentric ingredients: Tanqueray No. TEN Gin, herbal green liqueur, sweet maraschino liqueur and lime juice. It’s got both sweet and sour notes and an added depth and complexity from the herbal liqueur that grounds the cocktail with an earthy base.

Method
- Step 1
Combine gin, green herbal liqueur, maraschino liqueur and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Step 2
Shake until combined and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Step 3
Garnish with a brandied cherry.
