Cucumber Syrup
0.5oz
Coconut Water
1oz
Cucumber Coins

Soda Water
2-3 oz
Cucumber Ribbon Garnish

Method

Step 1
Muddle 3 Cucumber slices in a shaker.
Step 2
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, except soda water, add ice and shake.
Step 3
Strain into ice filled rocks glass and top with soda water.
Step 4
Garnish with cucumber ribbon
