A little sweet, a little sour, a little Aviation Gin; this wonderfully herbaceous cocktail is as refreshing as seeing your team score a field goal. Muddling fresh rosemary will make a noticeable difference and will lend the drink a complex taste that sets it apart from tried-and-true classics like mimosas and screwdrivers.

  • Aviation American Gin
    1.5oz
  • Orange Juice
    2oz
  • Simple Syrup
    1oz
  • Club Soda
    2oz
  • Rosemary Sprig Garnish

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cut an orange in half and add juice from half the orange to a cocktail shaker.

  2. Step 2

    Add a fresh sprig of rosemary and muddle.

  3. Step 3

    Add gin and simple syrup, and gently stir to combine.

  4. Step 4

    Strain into a rocks glass with ice and stir until chilled.

  5. Step 5

    Top with club soda and add two rosemary sprigs.
