Gin and Tonic with a grapefruit garnish

In this variation on a beloved classic, grapefruit, thyme, and Tanqueray No. TEN combine for the perfect match. The clean flavors of Tanqueray match the bitter notes of a mediterranean tonic, while grapefruit highlights the gin’s citrus notes and thyme adds a welcome burst of pine and lemon peel. Be sure to give the herb a smack to help release its aromatics, then mix up a batch of this thirst-quenching sipper that’s equally great on its own or paired with a meal.
