    1oz
  • Agave Syrup
    0.5oz
  • Fresh lemon juice
    0.5oz
  • Champagne or prosecco
    0.5oz

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add all ingredients into a shaker except the Champagne, fill completely with ice and shake vigorously.

  2. Step 2

    Strain into a wine glass and top off with Champagne, give a gentle stir and garnish.
