Spicy Mama-Rita Recipe

- 21Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño infused tequila1.5oz
- Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice1/2 cup
- Lime juice0.5oz
- Simple syrup0.5oz
- Half a jalapeñosliced
- Soda water
Method
- Step 1
Muddle the jalapeño in a glass.
- Step 2
Add infused tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Step 3
Stir to combine.
- Step 4
Strain and pour over ice.
- Step 5
Top with soda water.

Simple Syrup
8 oz. Granulated Sugar
8 oz. Water
In a medium size pot, heat the sugar and water for 15-20 minutes on a low simmer until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally to prevent caking.
Once sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
Pour into a container for storage, and label, date and refrigerate for later use. Good for 3 months. Yields 14 oz. of simple syrup.
