The Nolet Distillery was founded over 330 years ago in 1691. For 11 generations, the Nolet family have run the operation and have approved and signed off, quite literally, every batch of Ketel One Vodka to guarantee the quality of the liquid.

To commemorate the family's heritage, they hid a small detail! Take away the first two letters and the last letter of the brand name, then read it backwards. What you get is the family name: Nolet. Nifty!
