  • Scotch Whisky
    Talisker 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch
    50ml
  • Sugar syrup
    5ml
  • Dash of bitters
    1ml
  • Salt & pepper
  • Orange peel

Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Stirrer
  • Mixing glass
  • Old fashioned glass

Method

Step 1

Add ice to a mixing glass.

Step 2

Add a dash of bitters. Using a jigger, add sugar syrup and Talisker whisky.

Step 3

Garnish with an orange peel, serve and enjoy.
