A fresh take on a whisky cocktail is this Johnnie Ginger by Tim Philips-Johansson. This wily creation merges those smoky, spicy, fruity aromas of the Johnnie Walker Black with the sweet, sparkling flare of Ginger Ale.

  • Johnnie Walker® Black Label® Blended Scotch Whisky
    Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky
    45ml
  • Ginger Ale
    180ml
  • Lime juice
    1ml
  • Lime wedge
    1ml

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass  
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Chopping Board
  • 1 x Stirrer

Method

1. Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

2. Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky and 150ml ginger ale into the glass.
