Ciroc Equinox

The Ciroc equinox cocktail is a stunning representation of spring flavours, wonderfully embodying the season’s vibrancy. - Ciroc Ultra-Premium vodka (or any vodka of choice)30ml
- Rosemary-infused agave nectar20ml
- Fresh lemon juice25ml
- Ice cubesFor shaking
Method
- Step 1
Place a martini cocktail or coupe glass in the freezer to chill it thoroughly.
- Step 2
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, herbed agave nectar and lemon juice.
- Step 3
Add ice cubes to the shaker, secure the top and vigorously shake for 15-20 seconds until the surface is well cooled and frosted.
- Step 4
Strain into a chilled glass.
- Step 5
For an aromatic touch, garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and serve immediately.
Tips & Suggestions
To make rosemary-infused agave, gently warm up the nectar with fresh rosemary sprigs until lukewarm and steep for at least 30 minutes, or longer for a more assertive flavour. Strain well before chilling.
Instead of just laying a rosemary sprig, lightly slap it between the palms just before garnishing to release aromatic oils, which considerably improve the drink’s fragrance bouquet.
