Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka

  • 25 ml Coffee Liqueur

  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup

  • 35 ml Freshly Brewed Espresso

  • 3 Coffee Beans, for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a martini glass with ice to chill.

  2. In a shaker, add the vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup, and espresso. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.

  3. Double strain into the chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with 3 coffee beans placed neatly on top of the foam.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka

  • 25 ml Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Smirnoff Zesty Lime

  • 20 ml Tamarind Masala / Swad Tamarind Shikanji

  • 15 ml Lime Juice

  • ½ Green Chilli

  • Black Salt, to taste

  • 1 Slice Green Chilli, for garnish

  • 1 Dehydrated Lime Slice, for garnish

Method

  • Fill a rocks glass with ice to chill.

  • In a shaker, add the green chilli and tamarind masala. Muddle gently, avoiding over-muddling to prevent bitterness.

  • Add the Smirnoff Zesty Lime, lime juice, and ice. Shake well until chilled and infused.

  • Fine strain into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  • Garnish with a thin slice of green chilli and a dehydrated lime slice.

Optional

For an extra smoky aroma, briefly torch the green chilli before garnishing.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Smirnoff Mirchi Mango

  • 10 ml Monin Passion Fruit Syrup

  • 5 ml Lime Juice

  • ½ Green Chilli

  • 1 Lime Wedge

  • Chilli Salt, for rimming

  • 1 Dehydrated Lime Slice, for garnish

Method

  • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a coupe glass, then dip the rim into chilli salt.

  • In a shaker, muddle the green chilli gently to release flavour without creating bitterness.

  • Add the Smirnoff Mirchi Mango, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, and ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

  • Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.

  • Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice on the rim or floating on top.

Green Zen Martini_AltText

Green Zen Martini

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Smirnoff No. 21

  • 10 ml Monin Cucumber Syrup

  • 15 ml Lime Juice

  • 3 Fresh Basil Leaves

  • 60 ml Smirnoff No. 21, for jasmine mist

  • 15 Drops Jasmine Extract

  • 1 Basil Sprig, for garnish

  • 1 Cucumber Slice, for garnish

  • 1 Olive, for garnish

Jasmine Mist

Mix 60 ml Smirnoff No. 21 with 15 drops jasmine extract in an atomiser bottle.

Method

  • Gently muddle the basil leaves in a shaker to release their aromatic oils.

  • Add the Smirnoff No. 21, cucumber syrup, lime juice, and ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

  • Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.

  • Spray the jasmine mist lightly over the surface of the drink.

  • Garnish with a basil sprig, cucumber slice, and olive on a cocktail pick.
