How to make a vodka martini
This is the classic recipe for a vodka martini. You can change or adapt it based on your own personal taste by adding more or less dry vermouth.
Classic Vodka Martini
INGREDIENTS
45ml Ketel One Vodka
15ml Belsazar Dry Vermouth
GARNISH
1 dash orange bitters or twist of lemon
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 20 rotations (about 30 seconds) until it's well chilled and diluted.
Strain neat into a chilled martini or cocktail glass, and garnish with a twist of lemon or your preferred garnish.
