Indian Mocktail Recipes For Summer

1. Nimbu Pani Mocktail Recipe

This is a classic Indian mocktail is essentially a delightful blend of lime, sugar and spices. Here’s the mocktail recipe for you to try: Ingredients - Lemon juice - 30ml - Sugar - 3 tablespoon - Water - 500ml - Black salt - ¼ teaspoon - Chaat masala - ⅛ teaspoon - Mint leaves  - Salt Method - To begin making nimbu paani, grab a large bowl and pour freshly squeezed lemon juice into it - Next, add sugar, black salt, chaat masala and salt to taste. Then, pour water into the bowl - Stir the ingredients vigorously to combine - Once all the ingredients are well incorporated and the sugar is dissolved, pour the drink into serving glasses - Garnish with a few mint leaves and enjoy!

2. Aam Panna Mocktail Recipe

Raw mango, spices and mint come together in a lip-smacking drink that you will surely fall in love with! This is a delectable Indian mocktail to cool down on a hot summer day. Serve it at your house parties, this drink will just do its trick to keep you refreshed! Here’s the mocktail recipe for you to try: Ingredients - Raw mango - 1 - Mint - 3 tablespoons - Sugar - ¼ cup - Cardamom - ½ teaspoon - Cumin powder - ½ teaspoon - Pepper powder -  ½ teaspoon - Salt - Ice cubes - Water Method - Cook one raw mango in a pressure cooker. After it has cooled, pull off the skin and extract the pulp - In a blender, combine the mango pulp, mint, and sugar - Blend the ingredients until they form a smooth paste - Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and add cardamom powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, and salt to taste.  - Whisk the mixture well to combine. The Aam Panna blend is now ready! - Scoop a spoonful of the Aam Panna mixture into the serving glass - Fill it halfway with ice cubes and top it off with chilled water - Mix well and serve cold!

3. Jaljeera Mocktail Recipe

This Indian mocktail is a tangy tango of spices and mint that will surely tantalise your taste buds. Jaljeera’s zesty swirl of flavours is a perfect summertime drink to beat the heat! Here’s the mocktail recipe for you to try at home: Ingredients - Mint leaves - a handful - Coriander leaves - 1 cup - Ginger - 1 piece - Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon - Lemon juice - 4-5 tablespoons - Roasted cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons - Black peppercorns - ½ teaspoons - Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoons - Rock salt - 1 teaspoon - Cucumber slices - 4 - Mint sprig - 4 - Boondi - handful - Ice cubes - Water Method - Grind the roasted cumin seeds, fennel, and peppercorns - Combine the ground spices with some rock salt and dry mango powder to make a spice mixture - Add a handful of fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, spice combination, 1 tiny piece of ginger, lemon juice, and half a cup of water into a blender  - Blend the ingredients until smooth. The Jaljeera mixture is now ready! - Fill four serving glasses with ice cubes  - Scoop the jaljeera mixture into each glass evenly - Add some chilled water as necessary to dilute the drink - Garnish with mint sprigs, cucumber slices, and boondi (an Indian snack)

4. Mango Lassi Mocktail Recipe

Summer is incomplete without this popular Indian mocktail. The luscious blend of fresh mangoes, milk and yoghurt is a treat to the soul! Here’s the mocktail recipe for you to try at home: Ingredients - Mango (diced) - 1 cup - Plain yoghurt - 1 cup - Milk - 1 cup - Sugar - 2 tablespoons - Cardamom (ground) - ¼ teaspoon - Cinnamon - 1 pinch Method - Grab a blender and add all the ingredients one after the other - Blend the ingredients until it turns into a smooth puree - Garnish with a sprinkle of an assortment of dried fruits (cut into small pieces) - Serve and enjoy - Optional: You can blend with ice or serve with ice for a chilled drink!
