1. Paloma Cocktail Recipe

A simple tequila cocktail that packs a delicious punch of flavours! This cocktail combines tequila, grapefruit and lime in a delightful blend.  It has a sweet, citrusy flavour that is beautifully balanced with tequila. Here’s the cocktail recipe for you to try: Ingredients (Serves 1) 30 ml Don Julio Blanco tequila (or any other tequila of choice) 15 ml lime juice 90 ml grapefruit soda 1 lime wheel, for garnish 1 lime wedge, for rim Salt, for rim Ice cubes

Method Rub the rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into salt spread evenly on a plate. 

Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes. 

Pour in 30 ml Don Julio Blanco tequila and 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice over the ice. 

Add 90 ml grapefruit soda and stir gently to combine. 

Garnish the drink with a lime wheel before serving.  

2. Margarita Cocktail Recipe

Method Rub a lime wedge over the rim of a margarita cocktail glass and dip it into salt to coat.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup. 

Shake vigorously until the mixture is well blended. Using a cocktail strainer, strain the drink into the prepared margarita cocktail glass filled with fresh ice. 

Garnish with a lime wheel before serving.

3. Pina Picante

Method Rim a Highball Glass with Chilli Salt and fill with Ice. Shake all the ingredients with Ice. Strain into the Ice-filled, Salt-rimmed Highball Glass. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.

4. Blanco Tequila & Cola Cocktail Recipe

Flexible to make, this is one of the simple tequila cocktails you can mix at home! A unique blend for you to try at home: Ingredients (Serves 1) 30 ml Don Julio Blanco tequila (or any other tequila of choice) 125 ml cola 1 lime wedge, for garnish Ice cubes

Method Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. 

Add tequila and top up with cola.

5. Tequila Old Fashioned Cocktail Recipe

Method Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add tequila, agave syrup, and bitters. Shake well until combined. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and drop it into the glass to garnish before serving.
