Vodka, known for its neutral taste provides the canvas for the vibrant flavours of herbs to shine through. It's not just the experts who can whip up these concoctions, you can too. Here are five timeless herb and vodka cocktail recipes that are sure to bring out various flavours, crafted using top quality spirits from Ciroc, Ketel One and Smirnoff skillfully combined with the aromas of nature.

Basil Bliss

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Ciroc Vodka

  • 15 ml lemon juice

  • 10 ml sugar syrup

  • 4-5 basil leaves

  • Soda water

Method:

Muddle the basil leaves in a shaker followed by adding Ciroc Vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Vigorously shake it with all your might. Strain it into a glass filled with ice. Finally crown it off with some soda water.   

Rosemary Reverie

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of Ketel One Vodka

  • 15 ml of lime juice

  • 15 ml of honey syrup

  • A sprig of rosemary

  • Sparkling water

Method:

Start by gently crushing the rosemary sprig in your shaker. Then add Ketel One Vodka, lime juice and honey syrup into the shaker. Shake it all up. Strain it over ice in a highball glass. Finally, garnish with another sprig of rosemary.   

Mint Mystique

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml of Smirnoff Vodka

  • 10 ml of elderflower cordial

  • Mint leaves

  • 15 ml of apple juice

  • Some soda water

Method:

Begin by muddling the fresh mint leaves along with the elderflower cordial to create a bright and aromatic base for your drink. Add Smirnoff Vodka and apple juice into the mix. Give it a shake. Strain it into a chilled glass then top it off with some soda water for that extra touch of freshness. With the combination of mint and elderflower lifting up the Smirnoff Vodka.  

Thyme Tranquility

Ingredients:

A candlelit table set with wine glasses, plates, and platters of assorted open-faced sandwiches garnished with cheese, olives, and cold cuts.
  • 50 ml of Ciroc Vodka

  • 20 ml of grapefruit juice

  • 10 ml of honey syrup

  • 2-3 sprigs of thyme

Method:

Start by crushing the thyme add Ciroc Vodka, grapefruit juice and honey syrup. Shake everything well. Strain it into a martini cocktail glass. This drink exudes elegance as the earthy tones of thyme meet the smoothness of Ciroc.

Lavender Luxury

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of Ketel One Vodka

  • 15 ml of lemon juice

  • 10 ml of lavender syrup

  • A dash of egg white (optional)
