We suggest using Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky for the ultimate Scottish whiskies blend with smoky sweet vanilla and toffee palate.   Ingredients - 60 ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky - 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 egg white - 15 ml simple syrup - Lemon twist, for garnish - Ice cubes Method - In a shaker, combine the Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup. - Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. - Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. - Garnish with a twist of lemon peel. - Sip and savour the harmonious blend of flavours.

2. Whisky ginger fizz

The Whisky Ginger Fizz is a fresh and effervescent cocktail that marries the robustness of Scotch whisky with the zing of ginger and the sparkle of soda. Make this recipe with J & B Rare Blended Scotch Whisky for its balanced and rounded fruits and malty flavours that would pair well with ginger.  Ingredients - 35 ml J & B Rare Blended Scotch Whisky - 25 ml ginger ale - 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice - Lime wedge for garnish - Ice cubes Method - Fill a glass with ice cubes. - Pour the J & B Rare Blended Scotch Whisky and lime juice over the ice. - Top up the glass with ginger ale. - Give the cocktail a gentle stir to mix the flavours. - Garnish with a lime wedge.

3. Smoky Maple Old Fashioned
