It’s called Centenario 23 because it’s aged in barrels using a blend of rums that are up to 23 years old.

'Centenario 23' signifies a blend of rums aged between 6 and 23 years, achieving a rich tapestry of flavours. High in the Quetzaltenango highlands, 2,300m above sea level, this delectable blend undergoes its transformation. The rum is matured using the Sistema Solera method in barrels that once held American whiskies and fine wines from Jerez and Pedro Ximénez.
