The Perfect Ten
A twist on the classic martini, we recommend making this sophisticated yet simple serve with Tanqueray No. TEN for a true 10/10 cocktail experience.

10mlDry Vermouth
Grapefruit twist garnish
Ice
Equipment
- 1 x Martini / coupette glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Cocktail shaker
- 1 x Strainer
Method
Step 1
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Step 2
Using a jigger, measure 50ml gin and 10ml vermouth, and add to the cocktail shaker.Step 3
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a martini glass.
Step 4
With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a long piece of peel from a grapefruit, twist and place it over the edge of the glass to garnish.
