- 25mlVermouth Rosso
- 25mlCampari
- 1twist of orange
- 1xShort glass
- 1xChopping board
- 1xJigger

Ice
Fill a short glass with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 25ml London Dry Gin, 25ml vermouth Rosso and 25ml campari into the glass.
Mix
Stir with a bar spoon until the ingredients are well combined. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a short glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish
With a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a piece of orange peel and twist over the rim of the glass to garnish.
