Christie’s 3 favourite alcohol free tipples

01.
Tanqueray 0.0% Clover Club

CHRISTIE SAYS:
“Aquafaba is a great alternative to those who prefer not to use egg white in their drinks. It is the liquid from a can of chickpeas, believe it or not, doesn’t add much flavour but does replicate the amazing fluffy texture of a sour! Give it a go! Double shaking ensures you get the fluffy texture which is the key to success for the Clover Club!”

INGREDIENTS:
50ml Tanqueray 0.0%
25ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Raspberry Syrup or Grenadine
1 x egg white or 20ml aquafaba
Fresh raspberries

METHOD:
Add 50ml Tanqueray 0.0%, 25ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml of your syrup and a few fresh raspberries to a shaker. Add your egg white or 20ml aquafaba if you prefer not to use an egg. Close the shaker and gently shake it, being careful to hold the shaker at both ends. Open it up, add your ice, and shake for a second time, this time much more firmly. Now double strain the cocktail through a fine strainer into a martini glass, and garnish with a fresh raspberry.
