01.
Elderflower Spritz
CHRISTIE'S TIP: “The more ice in your Spritz, the longer your drink will stay chilled for. The less ice, the quicker it will dilute.”
INGREDIENTS

15ml Elderflower cordial
Top with Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda
Ice – lots of it!
GARNISH
Fresh mint sprig to garnish
METHOD
Add 40ml Tanqueray 0.0% to a wine glass with 15ml Elderflower cordial. Fill your wine glass with ice before topping your cocktail with deliciously balanced Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda. Give it a gentle stir and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
02.
Lemon Sour
CHRISTIE SAYS: "Use a potato peeler to peel a long thin strip off your lemon. Roll this lemon twist over the cocktail and watch as the lemon oils from the peel fly over the cocktail. The peel of citrus fruit holds many powerful oils that unlock layers of flavour when used as a garnish. Pop the twist in the side of the glass for a pretty finishing touch."

50ml Gordon's 0.0%
30ml Fresh lemon juice
1 egg white or 20ml aquafaba
15ml Simple syrup
GARNISH
Lemon twist to garnish
METHOD
Add 50ml Gordon's 0.0% to your shaker, along with 30ml fresh lemon juice and 15ml simple syrup. Add 1 egg white or 20ml aquafaba, then close your shaker and gently shake to activate the texture. Open the shaker, add plenty of ice, and give it a hard shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
03.

Garnish with a fresh cucumber disc and mint sprig. Top the glass with a splash of Soda for some effervescence.
04.
Grapefruit Collins
CHRISTIE SAYS: "Grapefruit and rosemary are an absolutely delicious combination. Your drink garnish is so important as you always smell your drink before it hits your lips, which strongly affects how you taste it. Fresh herbs always make a great garnish."

50ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
10ml Simple syrup
Soda water

05.
Tanqueray 0.0% Clover Club
CHRISTIE SAYS: "Aquafaba is a great alternative to those who prefer not to use egg white in their drinks. It is the liquid from a can of chickpeas, believe it or not, doesn't add much flavour but does replicate the amazing fluffy texture of a sour. Give it a go!"
INGREDIENTS
50ml Tanqueray 0.0%
25ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Raspberry Syrup or Grenadine
1 egg white or 20ml aquafaba
GARNISH
With fresh raspberries
METHOD
Add 50ml Tanqueray 0.0%, 25ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml of your syrup and a few fresh raspberries to a shaker. Add your egg white or 20ml aquafaba if you prefer not to use an egg. Close the shaker and gently shake it, being careful to hold the shaker at both ends. Open it up, add your ice, and shake for a second time, this time much more firmly. Double strain the cocktail through a fine strainer into a martini glass, and garnish with a fresh raspberry.
“When it comes down to it, delicious drinks are not defined by their alcohol content, but how they taste.”
