INREDIENTS:
30ml Gin 0.0%

30ml Orange juice

10ml Monin blood orange syrup

Soda water

GARNISH:
Lemon peel

METHOD:
Add 30ml Gin 0.0% to a champagne flute with 30ml orange juice. Add 10ml Monin blood orange syrup and top with soda.

INGREDIENTS:
50ml Tanqueray 0.0%

50ml Cloudy apple juice

25ml Elderflower cordial

10ml Lemon juice

Soda water

GARNISH:
1/4 cucumber

METHOD:
Chop your cucumber into a few long and thin discs. Add 50ml Tanqueray 0.0% to a shaker with 50ml cloudy apple juice, 20ml Elderflower cordial and 10ml lemon juice. Pop a couple of cucumber discs in there, too, for added freshness. Add ice to the shaker and give it a good old shake before straining it into a highball glass full of ice. Garnish with a fresh cucumber disc and mint sprig. Top the glass with a splash of soda for some effervescence.

Alcohol free Mojito

 

INGREDIENTS:
40ml Soda Water

6 leaves Mint

2 wedge(s) Lime

30ml Apple Juice

20ml Lime Juice

15ml Elderflower Cordial

1sprig(s) Mint

1 x Crushed ice

GARNISH:
Place a sprig of mint at an angle against the rim of the glass to garnish.

METHOD:
Press down with a muddler on 6 mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass to extract the juices and flavour. Using a jigger, measure 30ml of apple juice, 20ml lime juice and 15ml elderflower cordial into a tall glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir the drink with a bar spoon. Top the drink with 40ml Soda Water.

INGREDIENTS:
50ml of Tanqueray Alcohol Free

150ml tonic water

GARNISH:
With fresh lemon, orange and herbs

METHOD:
Fill the glass with plenty of ice, then pour in the Tanqueray 0.0% and top up with tonic and stir. Add fresh lemon or orange, fresh mint or rosemary sprig for extra freshness.

INGREDIENTS:
50ml Æcorn Bitter

Sparkling water

GARNISH:
With a slice of orange.

METHOD:
Add all the Æcorn Bitter to a wine glass filled with ice. Top up with sparkling water. Build over ice.
