Scotch

Scotch was first written about in Scotland in 1495. It’s either a malt or grain Whisk(e)y. There are five categories of Scotch: single malt Scotch malt, single grain Scotch Whisk(e)y, blended malt Scotch Whisk(e)y, blended grain Scotch Whisk(e)y and blended Scotch Whisk(e)y. All Scotch must be aged in oak barrels for three years.
