Drink Recipe Preparation:

Muddle all but one sprig of mint and the angostura bitters in a shaker.

Add the Pampero Especial Rum, lime and demerara syrup.

Shake hard.

Strain over fresh carved ice into a collins glass.

Top with soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
