Drink Recipe Preparation:

Muddle sprigs of mint at the bottom of a Collins glass.

Pull the essential oils up around the side of the glass.

Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin and fresh lime juice.

Top with ginger beer, and a splash of tonic water.
