A tribute to three decades of winemaking excellence, the Cuvée XXXI Zinfandel takes a layered approach to winemaking. Utilizing fruit from various premium vineyards as well as barrel aging, the wine in both French and American oak casks gives Rosenblum Cellars the ability to create a wine that is greater than the sum of its parts. We produce this wine as an introduction to the Rosenblum Cellars style of Zinfandel—a fruit-forward, rich and distinct wine. It is smooth and readily drinkable upon release with no need for aging.
