Drink Recipe Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin (25 oz. per bottle)
  • 4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 8 oz. simple syrup
  • 10 oz. heavy cream
  • 5 oz. egg white
  • 11 drop(s) orange flower water
  • 10 oz. soda water

Drink Recipe Preparation:

  • Separate eggs and place egg whites in blender
  • Pulse briefly
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until frappe
  • In a punch bowl, place one large chunk of ice and 10 oz of soda water
  • Pour punch from blender into bowl
  • Garnish with star anise (in punch bowl and glass)
  • Serves 8
