Drink Recipe Preparation:

Place pineapple juice and agave nectar in mixing glass with rosemary and muddle until oils are fully extracted

Add tequila and lime juice to mixing glass

Add ice to Boston shaker tin. Shake vigorously

Fill highball with fresh ice and strain contents of mixing glass into highball using a Julep strainer to prevent the rosemary leaves from getting into the final cocktail

Add small splash of club soda and tumble roll one time to mix all ingredients together (do not reshake)

Garnish with sprig and serve
