Muddle slice of jalapeño in glass.
In a shaker with ice, mix Cuervo Platino, Grand Marnier (orange liqueur), fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice and ginger ale.
Shake well and pour over ice in rocks glass.
Garnish with orange peel.
