Tasting Notes
Aromas of citrus, pineapple and vanilla greet the nose in our 2007 Chardonnay. Full-bodied and fat on the tongue, the wine unfolds with flavors of pineapple, melon and citrus, held together by well-integrated oak and creamy vanilla nuances. A distinct lees character lingers throughout, leaving a hint of biscuit and lemon curd to round out finish.
Crafted with food in mind, our Chardonnay pairs nicely with a variety of dishes ranging from poached salmon to chicken saltimbocca.
