Tasting Notes

A Pinot Noir that's dark ruby in color, with bright aromas of cherry, plum and strawberry enhanced by subtle oak accents. On the palate, the wine has fairly firm tannins and luscious ripe red fruit flavors complemented by notes of oak and toast. The wine finishes with classic Pinot Noir characters of cherry and earth.

Food Pairings

This is a fantastic food wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes. It shines as an accompaniment to simply prepared pork and chicken dishes, mushroom risotto and mellow cheeses
