How to Mix

Glass: Highball Glass

  1. In a shaker, muddle half a pear and the juice of half a lemon.
  2. Add TANQUERAY® London Dry Gin and simple syrup.
  3. Shake hard to break up the pear.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice and top with a newly opened bottle of club soda.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
